The London Legacy Development Corporation has appointed Sarah Perry as its new Director of HR. 

Sarah joins LLDC from Citi where she was Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity, EMEA ICG. Sarah has had a varied career within HR, she began her HR career in Graduate Recruitment, focussing on Investment Banking Associates, and diverse recruitment, with a particular passion for widening opportunity for candidates with disabilities.

After a career break to travel the world, Sarah was able to follow her passion for inclusive cultures further, by resuming her career in Diversity and Inclusion. She went on to head up Leadership Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and most recently led Talent, Learning and Diversity for the EMEA Institutional Clients’ Group.

Sarah’s role at LLDC will focus on engaging and retaining talent, as well as fostering an inclusive culture and a meaningful commitment to diversity. Sarah will work as part of the Executive Management Team led by Chief Executive Lyn Garner and partnering with all of the Executive Directors.
