The Park and its surrounding areas have the perfect balance of energy, health and wellbeing – so we’re putting on a free week of events to find out more!

Free sessions on offer include wellness workshops, exercise classes, running clubs, cycling and tennis, as well as free gym passes! Click on the boxes below to find out more about what’s on each day and throughout the week. We have activities during the day and in the evening after work – so there’s something to suit everyone!

All sessions are free and most you can turn up on the day for. If a session needs pre-booking, it will say next to the event listing. You can go to as many sessions as you like, so turn up and have fun!

  • • Free gym passes for the Copper Box Arena and London Aquatics Centre. Claim your free day pass here.

  • • Free Pay and Ride access to the Road Circuit and Mountain Bike Trails, Lee Valley VeloPark, 12noon – 2pm. Just turn up and ride, please reference Health & Wellbeing and please note it’s first come first served. Bike and helmet hire isn’t included, so bring your own or hire from the venue. 
    • Free Legs, Bums and Tums class at the Timber Lodge Café, 12noon – 1pm
    • Financial Wellness, The Last Drop cafe, 12.30pm – 1.30pm  (places must be booked)

     Free HIIT/Bootcamp classes over at IQL, 31 Westfield Ave, London E20 1EH, 12:30pm—1:15pm (places must be booked)

    •Free Women’s Only Running Club outside the London Aquatics Centre, 7pm – 8pm

    • Run Club East, meeting at the Realbuzz Stratford Store, 6.30pm – 7.30pm

     

  • • Free outdoor tennis courts at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, 10am – 12noon. Please call 03000 030 614 to book a free court, referring Health & Wellbeing Week. Please note, these are offered as first come first served. 

    • Free All Ability Cycling, entrance to Lee Valley VeloPark velodrome, 11am – 1pm. Just turn up and ride, please reference Health & Wellbeing and please note it’s first come first served. Bike and helmet hire isn’t included, so bring your own or hire from the venue.

    • Free HIIT/Bootcamp classes over at 15-19 Penny Brookes Street, 17:45—18:30 (places must be booked)

    • Free Capoeira Fitness, Sun Lawn (near the ArcelorMittal Orbit), 6.30pm – 7.30pm

    • Free Athletics session at the London Marathon Community Track, 6.30pm – 8pm

    ViewTube Runners meet, ViewTube (7pm) and the London Marathon Community Track, 6:30pm/7:30pm

  • • Stress & Technology workshop, The Last Drop cafe, 12.30pm – 1.30pm (places must be booked)
