East Village

Since November 2013, residents have been moving into a brand new neighbourhood for London.

The London 2012 Athletes’ Village - Home to 17,000 athletes in Games-time - has been transformed into East Village. With over 2,800 new homes - and 2000 more planned - East Village is now home to around 6,000 people, three children’s play areas and 35 acres of open land and parkland.

There’s a wealth of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants throughout the new neighbourhood, and it’s right on the doorstep of Westfield Stratford City.

A lasting legacy of the Games, East Village gives its new residents more time, more space and more choice to make the most of life in the capital, with the added bonus of the Park.

From private rental homes with Get Living London to intermediate rent, social rent and shared ownership with Triathlon Homes, East Village apartments and townhouses are accessible to all, and E20 is shaping up to be a true neighbourhood community in the very best traditions of London life.
