Chobham Manor

The first of the five new neighbourhoods on the Park, Chobham Manor began welcoming its first residents in 2016.

Chobham Manor is the picture of relaxed modern living with tree-lined avenues, intimate streets and stylish houses and apartments complete with private gardens and open squares – and all in the beautiful and safe surrounds of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Homes in the development include stylish one, two and three-bedroom apartments and fabulous three, four and five-bedroom townhouses.

To enjoy a glimpse of the lifestyle you could enjoy at Chobham Manor, prospective purchasers can visit the recently redesigned stunning showhomes and marketing suite at the development. 

Chobham Manor provides 859 new homes, including town and mews houses, maisonettes and single apartments, with 75% designed for families and 35% as affordable homes. Residents are well catered for with shops, cafes, bars and other community facilities, and of course it’s just a short walk to the open green spaces and waterways of the Park. 

The site was developed by Chobham Manor LLP, a joint venture between London & Quadrant and Taylor Wimpey.

The development is well served by local schools including Mossbourne Riverside Primary AcademyBobby Moore Academy and Chobham Academy.

Stratford International, and Stratford Regional stations are both close by, as well as Leyton underground station. All provide connections into central London in just 10 minutes.

Also close to hand are the Park’s iconic venues such as London StadiumLee Valley VeloPark and the Copper Box Arena, as well as the Timber Lodge Café and Tumbling Bay Playground, the north of the Park’s popular family-friendly play area, restaurant and community hub. East Village is also close by with an array of different restaurants, bars and cafes as well as convenience stores and a local gym.

The materials (making up the walls, windows, ceilings etc) that has been used to build the new homes within this neighbourhood have been chosen to create energy-efficient spaces, reducing the amount of energy that is required to heat each home. All new homes are connected to the district energy network, with some homes also incorporating solar panels to generate their own electricity. The majority of homes achieve an Energy Performance Certificate rating of B. LLDC has recently commissioned an in depth Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) study to assess the performance of the new homes at Chobham Manor, this can be viewed here.
