All month long, the Park will play host to free outdoor sports sessions – including yoga, running, basketball, cycling and exercise classes – and our partners around the Park will also be getting on board. Activities will be aimed at a range of ages, ability levels and skills, so why not come along and join in?

The last two weekends of July will be the biggest and best with UK Athletics Festival of Athletics, centred around London Stadium and running 18 – 21 July. The Park will also be part of National Park City’s waterways festival on 27 and 28 July and to celebrate the opening of our pontoon in the south of the Park, there’ll be free chances to get active on the water, including canoeing and rowing! Or you can just appreciate the Park’s green spaces by going for a walk with one of our free trail guides.

Active East
