Surrounded by stunning parklands and iconic venues from the London 2012 Games, everyone is invited to join in! So whether you are strolling through the Park, looking for regular exercise throughout the summer or looking to be more active on your lunch break, participate in one of the many free sessions and get active this August. There is something for all ages and abilities - including yoga, paddle boarding, multi sports, canoeing, run clubs, musical theatre, cycling, volleyball and so much more - now it's your turn to get involved!

Please note that the only session you need to book for is the paid 5-day junior learn how to row course which can be done here. All other sessions are free and there is no need to book - they work on a first come, first served basis. More details are on the programme which you can download in the link below.
