LLDC

London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is responsible for the development of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Once the global stage for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Park has evolved into a thriving innovation district – a model for inclusive, long-term urban regeneration.

The Park stands as a living legacy of what can be achieved through sustained investment, strong place leadership and partnership. It has become a significant economic hub for east London, creating opportunities for growth, innovation and impact.

As a Mayoral Development Corporation we are directly accountable to Londoners through the Mayor of London. We collaborate with a wide network of partners including the Greater London Authority, central government, the four neighbouring Growth Boroughs, local communities, local organisations, businesses and regeneration agencies and national and international sporting, cultural and leisure organisations.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park brings together business, culture, education and community, creating an inclusive, resilient and forward-looking environment that benefits residents, attracts global talent and inspires future generations.

Together, LLDC and its partners are shaping a vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive future for east London.

Our Vision

Our latest Framework for Inclusive Growth outlines the next phase of the Park’s journey. Reflecting the ambition of our partners, it sets out a shared vision for inclusive growth that harnesses the Park’s assets and east London’s diverse talent, aligns partners to co-invest and innovate and invites communities, businesses and institutions to shape the Park’s next chapter.

This vision will be delivered through three interconnected themes: Habitat, creating a vibrant, sustainable environment where people, nature and enterprise thrive; Inclusive Talent, opening pathways into the jobs of the future for east London’s young and diverse communities; and Health and Wellbeing, using the Park as a living testbed for innovation that supports healthier, fairer lives.

Our framework sits alongside a suite of key documents, including an independent Economic Impact Report produced by urban planning specialists Prior + Partners and an Investment Prospectus to be launched in 2026.
