There are five unique neighbourhoods dotted around acres of green space and waterways on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Each has a distinct vibe and appeal, but all benefit from unrivalled access to green space, amazing transport links, and visionary amenities that you can’t find anywhere else within London.
Our Visionary Communities
The Park is a completely unique 21st century residential area. Built under the principles of the ‘Great Estate’ model, the neighbourhoods on the Park are designed to have a defined character and strong social cohesion.
This approach has its roots in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which were designed with a “legacy-first” attitude. The founding principles of the Games were to transform the heart of east London, create an accessible and inclusive place, and to make the Park a blueprint for sustainable living – these principles have been built into all our neighbourhoods.

"Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park stands as a global exemplar of vision-led regeneration."

With 75% of the housing dedicated to 3-bedroom family homes alongside amazing access to green space, play areas, schools, and transport links, Chobham Manor has a unique and appealing offer within the London residential market.
The area benefits from a community hall, a café, and an award-winning nursery, as well as close proximity to Stratford International which goes to St. Pancras in just seven minutes.
East Wick & Sweetwater
East Wick & Sweetwater
East Wick, our British Homes award-winning neighbourhood, was designed to meet the needs of 21st century urban living at an inclusive price point. Situated next to Hackney Wick and all it has to offer, as well as cultural institutions like V&A East Storehouse and Sadler’s Wells East, East Wick is a distinctive East London neighbourhood that’s surrounded by places to go and things to do.
East Wick Phase 3 of the development is now underway and will include multiple Park-facing townhouses – a type of home London hasn’t seen developed in over 100 years!
