Inspired by the Music is Black exhibition at the V&A, join Isaac "Vitamin" Baptiste and the Dance Floor community at Sadler's Wells East for an uplifting celebration of music as part of Winter Adventure 2026. The event begins with a special performance created by participants working with Vitamin, a renowned dancer known for his inclusive and energetic approach to dance.

Following the performance, audiences are invited to step onto the Dance Floor and take part in a fun, family-friendly workshop. Inspired by classic funk and community celebration, the session will encourage visitors of all ages to dance together in a welcoming atmosphere.

No dance experience is required and everyone is welcome to take part!
