Bikeworks
Bikeworks is a social enterprise who run weekly all ability cycling sessions. This is a cycling club open to all with a range of adapted cycles so is accessible to all regardless of age, disability or experience. You can try out single/tandem tricycles, side-by-side cycles for two or more people, wheelchair platform cycles and go-kart style recumbent cycles. With staff on hand to show you how it all works, you’ll then be free to cycle and the green spaces of the Park.

Running
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is perfect for one of the simplest forms of exercise – running! All you need is a pair of trainers, and you can get out in our gorgeous parklands running along miles of paths and trails. You can also take in the sights of the former Olympic and Paralympic venues and the ArcelorMittal Orbit with the spirit of London 2012 sure to power you through to the finish of your run.
Alternatively you can book into a track running session at the London Marathon Community Track next to London Stadium. This has weekly slots on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with payment on arrival.
London Youth Rowing
London Youth Rowing runs rowing, canoeing and SUP programmes for the community around the Park, opening access to the park's tranquil waterways as part of the London 2012 Olympic Legacy. A full programme of water sports activity is delivered throughout the year at the South Park water sports pontoon.

Badu is a community focused group providing sport programmes in east London. On top of their wide ranging line up of activities, next year will hopefully see the launch of the Badu Centre of Excellence. The centre will be an elite level sports facility that highlights female leadership in coaching and participation. The four main sports that will be housed at the Centre are tennis, netball, football and basketball with accessibility and inclusivity at the heart.
