East Careers Week
East Careers Week is an annual programme delivered by East Ed which provides young people to explore creative and innovative industries at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park through immersive workshops, insightful panel discussions and open-ended tours of the industry.
East Careers Week is designed to inspire young people and help provide them with a well-rounded view of the expanding career options across the Park and surrounding areas.
Previous years have seen participants designing illustrations inspired by London College of Fashion archives, unpacking financial careers with FCA and stepping behind-the-scenes with visual technicians at ABBA Voyage. With the wide range of our partners who get involved, there are endless opportunities for students to be exposed to different subjects, activities and industries.
To ensure places reach the right pupils, bookings for East Careers Week must be made by educators working in secondary or formal learning settings with post-16 students in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets or Waltham Forest.
