The sun is out, the Park is looking fabulous and, in this warm weather, the river has never looked more inviting. Luckily this weekend we’re opening up our pontoon and giving visitors the chance to see the Park from a whole new angle, with a series of free water sports sessions along the river!
Organised as part of National Park City Splash Festival, sessions include paddleboarding and rowing and are completely free – although spaces need to be booked in advance.
If you’re a beginner, why not give stand up paddleboarding a try? Sessions take you through the basics of steering and forward paddling, allowing you to explore the Olympic waterways on a stable board.
National Park City Splash Festival is part of National Park City Week, a city-wide celebration of the capital’s best parks.
