Inspire a Generation – Cycle your way into meeting Paralympian Jody Cundy at the ViewTube.

East Londoners are being invited to a free event for local people offering accessible cycling sessions for disabled people and their families. East London based Bikeworks and London Legacy Development Corporation will be hosting the sessions at the ViewTube.

Paralympic medallist Jody Cundy will be participating in the sessions, meeting local people and saying a few words as well as being interviewed by Paralympic gold medallist and Channel 4 commentator Danny Crates.

Paralympian Jody Cundy said:

”Following the amazing success of the 2012 Paralympics it is great to see opportunities for disabled people living in East London to take up disability sport.  I will be coming along to share my experience of competing in the games and hopefully inspire a future Paralympian to try disability sport”

There will also be information on future sport and physical activity opportunities available locally as well as details on how you can volunteer. There will also be free snacks and drinks and a goody bag to takeaway.

You can pre-register by emailing info@londonlegacy.co.uk to guarantee your space and provide your full name, address and any accessibility requirements you may have. Please let us know if you require a specific type of bike.
