Our apprenticeship opportunities are aimed at young people who do not have a degree and are looking for an alternative route into work to going to University. The programme not only gives you valuable experience in the workplace, but also gives you a recognised qualification.
Why should I be an apprentice?
- Start your career now not in 3 years time
- Gain valuable work based skills from the first day you step into our offices
- Use this as the starting point for further qualifications
- Earn while you learn - we pay the London Living Wage!!

How do I apply?
Firstly, you are only able to apply for one of our apprenticeship opportunities so be sure to choose wisely. Once you have made the decision you need to complete an application form and send to firstname.lastname@example.org before 12pm on 24th February 2016 - this is important as we will not accept any late applications. We would also be grateful if you could complete an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form and you can find links to both below.
If you are successful at application stage, we will invite you to attend an assessment centre based at our offices in Stratford. This will be an all day event for you to come and find out what it is like to work at LLDC and find out more details about the apprenticeship that you have applied for. We will then ask you to take part in a group exercise and end the day with an individual interview with a small panel.

Do you have any tips for completing the application form?
We are looking for people who share our passion for what we do and also have a clear ambition linked to the programme that they have applied for. Use the application form to demonstrate this to us - this is the chance to make a first impression and sell yourself!
