Senior Regeneration Manager x2
£55,543 per annum
MAT Cover (fixed-term 1 year) & Permanent Contract
The Senior Regeneration Manager will have the exciting opportunity to project manage a range of initiatives relating to jobs, skills, apprenticeships and economic development. The post holder will also have the chance to provide programme management support for the new Cultural and Education District (CED) Strategic Objectives programme, under the direction of the Executive Director of Regeneration & Community Partnerships and the Director of Socio Economic Regeneration.
We are looking for a talented individual with a background of working successfully with private, public and education partners to develop best practice in employment, skills and economic development. The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of relevant national, regional, sub regional and local policies in education, employment, skills training and enterprise delivery and funding mechanisms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required for this role with experience of preparing and presenting reports to a range of stakeholders. Part of this role will also involve commissioning and managing consultants, you must have the skill to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners.
