The London Legacy Development Corporation is looking for an experienced and efficient programme support executive to join the Programme Management Office. This involves providing support to the Programme Assurance team to deliver programme management and assurance activities across the organisation including risk management, progress reporting, and in-depth project reviews.

The role requires the use of a bespoke online reporting tool to maintain, manage and report on projects.

This role will also provide administrative support to programme and project groups which will include; arranging and setting up meetings, writing and issuing meeting notes, reports and following up with any actions. 

The Person
Knowledge & Experience

To apply for this role, you will have a knowledge and understanding of project management methods and terminology and have previous experience of working in a similar role or in a busy administrative position.  You should also be confident with processing and analysing data, particularly information in Excel. We are looking for someone who has an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and some experience of working with Project Management software would be advantageous.   

Skills & Abilities

To be a successful you will need to have excellent organisational skills – ability to multi task and prioritise own workload under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role in addition to excellent verbal and written communications.  A successful PMO Executive must have good attention to detail, and be an excellent problem solver with analytical skills.
