Our Circuit
Start time: 6:30am – 7:30am
Meet at: Victory Park in East Village
Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other with 30 - 60secs recovery! Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions/time.

Yoga
Start time: 10am – 11:30am
Meet at:Copper Box Arena
A range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses. Better for: Gaining peace of mind, improving overall strength and wellbeing.

Abs, Bums and Thighs
Start time: 12pm – 1pm
Meet at:Timber Lodge Café 
This is a calorie burning, muscle toning class, geared at shaping and sculpting the lower body.

Bootcamp
Start time: 1pm – 2pm

Sessions for all abilities and fitness levels, just turn up and tone up!

Soccer School
Start time: 5:30pm—7pm
Meet at: Hopkins Field
Player Development Soccer Schools from West Ham United Foundation are open to primary school children of all abilities aged between 5 and 11. These courses provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment for youngsters to improve their football skills. Parents and Players are to meet WHU Coaches at the Copper box Arena before being walked over to Hopkins Field where the activities will take place.

Run Club East

All Ability Cycling

The session is designed to get people cycling whatever your level of confidence, experience or ability is. Aiming at riders with disabilities and learning difficulties, the range of bikes includes hand-cycles, adult tricycles, recumbents, tandems, car bikes and loads more provided as well as helmets. Buggy Exercise – Our Parks
Start time: 11am-12pm
Meet at: Timber Lodge Café
Buggy Exercise is an outdoor fitness class for parents/carers and their buggies. Classes involve power walking, non-compulsory jogging and resistance exercises. People are encouraged to work at their own levels. Please bring a mat to this class.

Elite Fitness

This Girl Can Swim

Float Fit
Start time: 7:15pm—7:45pm

Open to Better members and non-members, the unique Floatfit class is a 30 minute interval workout that includes burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank… all taking place on water. This is a fun, low impact, cross training class that gives you a full body workout, and can burn up to 400 calories per class. (Members:£5.00 - Non Members £5.00)

Outdoor Spinning

Outdoor group cycling sessions using a turbo trainer to turn your own bike into a super-effective training machine. If you want to make riding your own bike feel effortless and have fun getting fit in a group, these sessions are for you. Bring a safe, roadworthy bike with standard size wheels (road or mountain bike are fine - not fold-up or Brompton).

Dance Aerobics
