An independent planning inspector, Jill Kingaby was appointed to conduct the examination to determine whether the Local Plan is sound. The Legacy Corporation received the Inspector's report on the Examination of the Local Plan on 9 July 2015. The next step is for the Legacy Corporation Board to consider whether to adopt the Local Plan with the inclusion of the main modifications recommended by the Inspector.
