We make sure that when we are deciding on our strategies, policies and projects, we think about how that will impact on different group of people. We also make sure we engage with diverse groups to help us understand how to deliver a thriving and successful park, accessible and desirable new neighbourhoods, and well-attended venues and events.
We have set out our equality objectives in a strategy agreed by our board.
We also make sure that we monitor our progress towards these objectives and report this annually to the board.
