With the evenings starting to draw in and the temperature falling it can be hard to motivate yourself to get out there and exercise, so to help make it that bit easier for you make the Park your route of choice! Taking you past the stunning parklands and iconic venues of the 2012 games it is hard to not feel inspired as you jog or sprint your way around the North of the Park. Whether you are a seasoned professional or starting out your training for a big race, we have you covered with a few motivational markings on the floor to give you that extra push!
