Free shuttle bus connects Stratford stations to Here East on the north of the Park

Story 15/05/2017

Here East is the digital quarter for east London, the former Press and Broadcast Centres for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This major development builds on the creative and entrepreneurial heritage of Hackney Wick to create a thriving commercial and social space.

Park visitors regularly include Here East in their trip to the Park as many events take place near here, and it is also home to Canalside, a beautiful strip of bars, cafes and restaurants located right next to the stunning canal. The venue is located perfectly in the north of the Park, within close proximity to Copper Box Arena, Hopkins Field, the Agitos, the Olympic Rings and more!

You can now jump on board the free, dedicated bus shuttle service which leaves from two conveniently located pick up points from Stratford City station and Stratford International – both journeys take approximately 5 minutes to reach Here East.

The service is available to anyone travelling to and from Here East, running every five minutes from 7am – 10.30pm, Monday to Friday!

Match and event days:

If there is an large event on in the London Stadium or on the Park which results in road closures, the shuttle bus will call at our normal stop at Stratford International (Stop E) and then will call at Stratford City Bus Station (Stop W) which is immediately opposite the normal bus stop.  It will then loop back along International Way towards Here East.  Please note it will not pick up on the return journey (Stop D), however the buses are on continual loop, therefore will continue to run a regular service.
